Why is Loft Insulation so important?
Around 25% of the heat in your home is lost through the roof. Insulating your loft could save you around £110 a year on your heating bills. To gain maximum benefit from loft insulation a depth of approximately 270mm is needed, which will stop rising heat from escaping through your roof.

Will I be eligible for a grant?
100% grants are available for home owners and tenants over the age of 70.
100% grants are also available to home owners and private tenants who are in receipt of certain eligible benefits.
If you do not receive any eligible benefits, don’t worry there is still help available! For just £199 you can have loft insulation installed.
