This price is based on an avergae 3 bedroom home with up to 7 radiators.

- Vaillant Eco Tec Plus 837 Condensing Combi Boiler + Standard Flue
- 6 Thermostatic Radiator Valves
- 8 Lockshield Valves
- Honeywell CM921 Wireless Programmable Room Thermostat
- Honeywell External Bypass Valve
- Full Power Flush using Sentinel chemicals and fitting a Sentinel System Filter
- Full cross bonding and equipotential bonding where required, install all electrics associated with boiler install.
- You will be issued with a Gas Safety certificate and a Minor Works Electrical certificate.
- 1 year parts and labour guarantee
- Your boiler will be fully Corgi registered.
Prior to commencement of works we will need to visit your property to carry out a full Technical Survey at a cost of £75 + VAT, if you decide to proceed with the work this cost will be deducted from the final amount.
