PAYMENT
We accept all major credit and debit cards. All payments are taken on a secure site provided by Barclays Bank; we accept no responsibility for the data held by Barclays Bank. Full payment will be taken when the order is processed at the end of the shopping cart. Once your order is complete you will then receive a confirmation email.
If there are any problems with the item(s) you have ordered then you will be informed by telephone or email and a refund will be given if requested. All prices in our online store include 15% VAT tax.
DELIVERY
We will process your order straight away. We aim to deliver within 7 days however please allow 28 days. All customers will be contacted to confirm a convenient delivery day between Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm (Saturday deliveries are available at an extra charge). We are unable to give exact delivery times. Delivery dates are approximate and no liability is accepted in respect of late deliveries, please do no arrange to install items until after they have been delivered and checked for damage.
Our suppliers will make one delivery, if there is no one at the address to receive the delivery then a charge will be made for a second delivery.
All items must be inspected for damage by the customer on arrival, if the item is damaged ask the driver to return them, please contact us within 3 working days to inform us of any damage. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been given to our suppliers for picking and dispatching. If you no longer require goods that have entered our dispatch system you will have to return the goods under the Returns Policy.
RETURNS POLICY
In the event that you are not satisfied with any products purchased from Energy Efficiency Advice Ltd. You may return it unused in it’s original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. This amount excludes all delivery costs.

Please do not install your product if it is damaged or incorrect, as once it is installed you have agreed to it being in good condition.

POWERFLUSH DISCLAIMER
We are not liable for any damage that may occur during a power flush, indirect or consequential without limitation. In the case that any damage occurs then the customer is solely responsible for the cost of rectifying the damage, however if it the case that a radiator or radiator valve need to be replaced then we shall offer this service at the set prices detailed below:
