£300 Heating Rebate Voucher

Do I Qualify?

The £300 heating rebate voucher is available to all householders over the age of 60 who own their own home or rent it from a private landlord and do not receive the relevant benefits to qualify for the full grant.

If you have either no central heating system or one that is inoperable, the £300 rebate voucher may be used to install a new central heating system or to repair or replace an existing system, which is not currently working.

The rebate can be used to install, replace or repair gas, electric or solid fuel heating systems. It cannot be used to upgrade a fully functioning heating system.

How Does It Work?

Once you have applied for the rebate, a letter and voucher or claim form will be sent to you, with the details of 6 registered installers in your area who are CORGI, OFTEC or NICEIC approved.

The voucher/claim form is valid for 3 months from the date shown on the letter. If you do not use the voucher within this time you may reapply.
